What a wonderful evening at Flottes! Authentic French cuisine exactly as it should be: honest, full of flavour and prepared with genuine love for the craft. The best proof? The Parisians themselves come here to dine and when they pull up a chair, you know you're in the right place. What made the evening complete was the service: warm, attentive and genuinely engaged, the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like a regular from the very first minute. The restaurant was closed for a few months after a fire, but it has been fully and beautifully restored. Highly recommended!
A wonderful dining experience. Delicious menu, good cocktails, Parisian ambiance in the best of ways. Our server Fred was perfection. Flottes is on our return to list for sure.
