Die Online-Reservierung wurde vor Ort leider nicht gefunden, sodass wir relativ lange im vollen Restaurant auf einen Tisch warten und dann auf einem der Straßentische platziert wurden. Die Bedienung war leider relativ langsam und hat nur komische Witze gemacht, anstelle sich zu bemühen. Alle Gerichte hingegen haben uns sehr überzeugt und haben wirklich gut geschmeckt!
My wife and I had several meals at Flottes during our stay in Paris. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable concerning the ingredients used, and made suggestions which enhanced our experience. The smoked salmon with cream was excellent as was the duck confit I had on our last night. The owner accommodated us on one occasion when we arrived without a reservation. If you go, it would be wise to make one.
Wine selection is amazing. Appetizers well portioned. Only comment was beef was blood rare when the order was for medium. But they fixed without hesitation.
