The service team, consisting of two amazing waiters for our table, was fantastic! They greeted us with smiles and we enjoyed the wine, appetizers (oysters and burrata), main dish (sole meunière prepared table side), and desert (crème brûlée and an ice cream sandwich with French pastries and chocolate drizzle over top). Our last night in Paris was very memorable thanks to our dinner at this fantastic restaurant!!
Restaurant très agréable, avec un qualité prix tout à fait raisonnable. Nous étions 9 et ont eu droit à une petite salle semi privé, avec une table ovale, au premier étage. Le serveur était aux petits soins. Vraiment adorable. Tout le monde était satisfait avec son plat bien présenté et délicieux, ainsi avec l'ambiance. Bien à savoir qu'il sont ouverts toute l'année (sauf le 25 décembre) et que même le weekend ils servent un menu de midi (plat-dessert/entrée-plat/entrée/plat/dessert) au meme prix qu'en semaine.
We read that Brasserie Flottes was a “A Big Hearted Brasserie. ” No truer words spoken! Lobster Roll & Frites Maison MWAH CHEF’s KISS! Roast chicken and mashed potatoes - perfectly executed. Escargot garlicky and a burst of good flavor in every rich bite. The crew that works there is moving very fast, amiable and having fun. You can literally feel the character and personality they each bring to this lively spot. Loved the bartenders, and with a special nod to the man at the check in stand who took one look at the two of us, impatient Americans - and said, in French, “It’s all good. Relax.”. Of course, it all sounded more soothing in French. The place was full of locals and tourist alike and was just a big hearted yummy meal. We will be back!!! Thank you Brasserie Flottes for an extraordinary Parisian culinary send off!
