We enjoyed two excellent meals at Flottes last week. In both cases, the food and service were excellent. The servers here are extremely professional and quickly assess your needs and try their best to deliver quality food at a pace and with a style that meets your needs.
Incoscienti ed incompetenti! Un ospite con allergie alimentari ha fatto subito presente quali erano gli ingredienti da evitare (nello specifico, il pepe). Il filetto è arrivato pieno di pepe! A quel punto il cameriere ha ritirato il piatto. Il filetto arrivato in sostituziome era stato messo nello stesso piatto precedente con tracce di pepe evidenti!
Da aggiungere che il filetto dell'altro ospite era stato chiesto con cottura media ed è stato servito al sangue.
Il responsabile del ristorante non ha fatto pagare il conto ma non cambia nulla, il punto non sono i soldi bensì il rischio di finire in ospedale!
Neanche il bagno si può salvare, piccolo e sporco.
We had the most wonderful service, experience & food at Brasserie Flottes. From entering & exiting the brasserie, they made every moment very special celebrating our Mothers birthday. I am very grateful to everyone at Brasserie Flottes.
