We had a very pleasant first experience at this restaurant as a walk in for lunch. Perhaps it was our server in part. This time for dinner we had a reservation and were put in a crowded area in the back room with an older server who was friendly but did not pay attention to details. I was not given a steak knife for my steak which was served almost cold. It was difficult to get his attention. We had to refill our own wine glasses because he didn’t come around enough. With that said my husbands sea bass came out hot and he really enjoyed it. We enjoyed the onion soup and the escargot as well. The pavlova we ordered at the end the meringue was too hard. I do not recommend ordering this dessert. Go with the creme brûlée instead.
I made a last-minute change to Flottes from a locals recommendation Wow, Just Wow!
The French onion soup was the best I have ever had. Escargot were perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The Château Brion. With pepper sauce was excellent cooked, medium rare wow
And we can’t forget the best crème brûlée in the world. Thank you for a great evening.
