We were referred to Flottes by our hotel desk clerk at the Hotel Brighton. We arrived on time and were shown to our table. This restaurant reminds me of the old line classic restaurants that have been around for a long time. The waiter was helpful, personable, funny and attentive, I’d guess he also has been there for years (just a guess). The food was regular offerings, that are tried and true. Desert was the highlight, similar to an eclair but was also filled with vanilla ice cream.
